Zorvi Inc. (“Zorvi”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Zorvi platform at zorvi.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as:
  • Account information (name, email address, password)
  • Company information (business name, role, industry)
  • Content you create, upload, or schedule through our platform
  • Communications with us (support requests, feedback)
  • Payment information (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card details)
We also collect information automatically when you use our service, including usage data, device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location.

2. Information from Connected Social Platforms

When you connect a third-party social account to Zorvi — including Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, LinkedIn pages, or X (Twitter) accounts — you grant Zorvi access to certain data via that platform's API.

Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platform Data)

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, we access the following data via Meta's Graph API:
  • Account metadata: Page name, profile picture, Page ID, and connected Instagram Business account information
  • Publishing permissions: ability to publish content you create and approve in Zorvi to your connected accounts
  • Post engagement insights: reach, impressions, likes, comments, and other performance metrics for posts you publish through Zorvi
  • Comments on your posts so you can view and respond to them from within Zorvi
We use this Platform Data exclusively to display your connected accounts in your Zorvi dashboard, publish content you have created and approved, show performance analytics, and enable comment management within Zorvi.We do not sell or share Meta Platform Data with third parties, do not use it for advertising targeting, do not use it to train AI models, and do not share data across different Zorvi clients. Each client only sees data for their own connected accounts.

LinkedIn

When you connect a LinkedIn page or account, we access the following data via LinkedIn's Marketing Developer Platform API:
  • Account metadata: page name, profile picture, account ID, and the pages you manage
  • Publishing permissions: ability to post content you create and approve in Zorvi
  • Post engagement metrics: impressions, clicks, reactions, and comments to display in your analytics dashboard

X (Twitter)

When you connect an X (Twitter) account, we access the following data via the X API v2:
  • Account metadata: handle, profile picture, and account ID
  • Publishing permissions: ability to post content you create and approve in Zorvi
  • Post engagement metrics: impressions, likes, replies, and reposts to display in your analytics dashboard

Applies to All Connected Platforms

The protections described above for Meta Platform Data apply equally to data we receive from LinkedIn, X, and any other connected platform. We do not sell or share connected platform data with third parties, do not use it for advertising targeting, do not use it to train AI models, and do not share data across different Zorvi clients. Each client only sees data for their own connected accounts.You can disconnect any social account from Zorvi at any time from your account settings, which immediately revokes our access. You can also request full data deletion at any time — see Section 7.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:
  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Publish content you have created and approved to your connected social accounts on the schedule you specify
  • Show analytics and insights about your content performance
  • Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

4. AI and Content Processing

When you use our AI content generation features (drafting, suggestions, audio, video), we process your input data through AI providers including OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen to generate the requested output. We do not use your content or Platform Data to train AI models. AI-generated content is always presented for your review and approval before it is published anywhere.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:
  • With your consent: when you explicitly authorize sharing
  • With service providers: cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure), AI processing (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, HeyGen), payment processing, and analytics providers, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
  • For legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, or legal request
  • To protect rights: to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.To request deletion of your data, email us at privacy@zorvi.ai with your account email. We will delete your account data and revoke access to connected social accounts within 30 days. 8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to:
  • Access and receive a copy of your personal information
  • Rectify inaccurate personal information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Object to or restrict processing of your personal information
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our service, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect functionality.

10. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. International Data Transfers

Zorvi is headquartered in the United States. If you access our service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy at zorvi.ai/privacy and updating the “Last updated” date. For significant changes, we will provide notice via email or through the service.
